Marcus was immersed in the world of construction from a very young age. This early exposure ignited Marcus' passion within the industry. By his mid-twenties, he had completed his apprenticeship and earned his license as a building practitioner. This led to the establishment of his own business, Henley-Smith Construction Ltd, now based in Raglan. He has spent a significant part of his life dedicated to his craft and building his business. Marcus’ commitment to looking after his clients and team members contribute significantly to the reputation and success of the business.
